In this initial phase, when our resources are so limited, our main effort is towards establishing and positioning the Sapiens Movement in NZ to gain the first burst of media attention. That does not mean to say that many other things should not be going on simultaneously elsewhere! If you are not a NZ resident the certainty is that you still face the problems New Zealanders face.

Please look carefully at The Manual of World Government and see if you have ideas to contribute. The aim is to develp over time a completley rational and effective constitution and outline policy format through many expert contributions.
